Will I have an anxiety attack?
Next week honey and are off from work and the PBA (Professiona Bowlers Association) is coming here and we are volunteering to work the tournament and will be with the Pros on Wednesday and Thursday (I think that’s what he told me). I gues Wednesday we are doing scoring (luckily it’s all computerized because I don’t get it and honey keeps trying to explain but I just don’t comprehend) and Thursday he said something about locker room prep. Anyways, I get anxiety over issues involving stuff like this and am extremely shy, etc. To me these people are celebrities, even the locals who are on the tour. I watch them on TV every week during bowling season. So I will somehow have to keep my composure and possible have to mingle with this people and not have an anxiety attack. But, the good new is I GET TO GO SHOPPING!! I told honey I have to go buy a nice pair of comfy pants and top since I either have my work clothes or cruddy sweats I wear at home or my going out jeans but no nice casual clothes. I also have to make sure not to drink too much water so I don’t have to go to the bathroom alot especially if we’re keeping score. It will be an anxiety filled 2 days but it will also be fun and well worth it. A big accomplishment for me to do something like this.

I know exactly how you feel. I suffer from anxiety attacks at time too and even when I’m not having an attack I feel anxious. Most of the time it is unwarranted but that doesn’t stop me.
Try to relax and have a good time. This sounds like a once in a lifetime experience and one you want to remember fondly in the years to come.

Sometimes I think I have small anxiety attackes when I’m out of my normal setting. But sometimes I just pull through by looking at it through different eyes. They are just regular people too. Heck, some celebrities have way to much drama in their lives to be put too high up on a pedestal. Have a great time buying your clothes and good luck in your search. Have a good weekend!
